The Razor Starter Kit
Do I need shaving cream or shaving oil with the kit?
Our blades are enhanced with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, aloe vera, and other oils that make it so you don't need any other products. However, if you want to upgrade your experience, feel free to add another layer moisture.
How often should I replace my blade?
Our blade and lubrication are designed to give you 5–7 smooth shaves, depending on the area you're shaving and your hair thickness. If it starts to feel less smooth or the lubrication seems to be wearing off, that’s your cue to swap in a fresh blade.
Does shaving lead to thicker hair growth?
Nope, that's a myth. Shaving doesn't make your hair grow back thicker, darker, or faster. It may *feel* that way because shaving cuts the hair at the surface, making the ends blunt — so as it grows out, it can seem coarser or more noticeable. But the actual texture, color, and growth rate of your hair aren’t affected.
Is if safe to shave all the parts of my body?
While our razor is designed to remove hair from wherever you choose, we don’t recommend using it on your pubic or intimate areas — you likely don’t need the extra 3–4 blades there.
Can I shave on dry skin?
We recommend shaving on damp skin for a smoother, safer glide, as our lubricating strip activates with water, and performs best without any other product.
Should I shave with or against the grain?
Start with the grain, then go against it if needed for a closer shave.
Can I use this razor on sensitive skin?
Yes! Our blades and lubrication are specifically designed to be gentle and especially for sensitive skin.
How do I clean and store my razor?
Rinse it under water after each use and store it in our magical magnetic wall holder that makes sure your blades are rust and dust free.
How do I avoid razor bumps or ingrown hairs?
Exfoliate before shaving and moisturise after — game changer.
What should I apply after shaving?
A soothing, alcohol-free moisturiser works best.
Shipping questions
How fast is shipping?
We ship within 24–48 hours, and delivery usually takes 3–5 days.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Drop us a message with your order ID, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Just contact us quickly.
Returns questions
Can I return my razor or blades?
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on used razors or blade refills.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We’ve got you! If anything arrives broken or faulty, let us know within 3 days and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
How do I request a return or replacement?
Just email us at hello@getluna.in with your order ID and a photo of the issue — we’ll take care of the rest.
