Luna Return & Refund Policy

At Luna, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and personal care. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable sanitary regulations under Indian law, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care products once sold and delivered, as these fall under non-returnable items for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Non-Returnable Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our product, once the packaging is opened or the product is used, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This is in line with general exclusions to the right of return under Indian consumer law for personal use items, where hygiene is compromised upon opening.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, defective unit, or an order with missing components, we may consider offering a replacement or partial refund, subject to the following conditions:

1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at hello@getluna.in.
2. You must provide clear, time-stamped photo and video evidence of:
      - The original packaging condition,
      - The product as received,
      - The defect or damage, or
      - Any missing parts.
3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, particularly the blade must be sealed and untouched.
4. Our team will evaluate the claim. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the damage is genuine and not a result of misuse, negligence, or deliberate tampering, we will initiate the appropriate redressal.

Luna reserves the right to refuse any return request if it is found to be inconsistent with our policies or appears to be fraudulent, self-inflicted, or abusive.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your damage claim is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at hello@getluna.in.
